Express Delivery Options:
First Class Post. Order by 5pm for dispatch the next working day.
To arrange this please just tell us you need your order urgently the comments box on the way through checkout.
First class post aims to deliver within 1 to 2 days but is not guaranteed.
Weekday Special Delivery. This is an insured, trackable and guaranteed next day delivery service.
Your order will be delivered by 1pm on the day after we dispatch it.
Order by 5pm for dispatch the next working day.
Someone will need to sign for receipt of the package.
This service costs £6 extra on top of our standard p&p charge.
Saturday delivery is not included in this service.

What to do if your order needs to be given priority:
1. Please ensure we are made aware of the date your order is needed by (as you go through checkout there is a box for this).
2. Please ensure all relevant details are given such as names, age for sizing or adult size required, bead colours, charm requirements. 'Age for sizing' is the detail many people forget.
3. Please advise whether you require dispatch by First class post, Royal Mail Special Delivery (costs £6 extra), or Special Delivery on a Saturday (£8.50 extra).
4. If you require Special Delivery please select this on the way through checkout.
