How quickly can you dispatch my order?
Please bear in mind that all our jewellery is individually handcrafted to order so it takes time to make the jewellery and pack it before we are ready to dispatch. All orders are made and dispatched within 3 days without fail. Most orders of under 10 items go out within 2 days. However, if your order is needed urgently we can make it a priority and have it ready for dispatch within 24 hours. We can then post by Royal Mail, first class post (delivery times may vary but this should be a 1 to 2 day service). Or we can arrange a Royal Mail Special Delivery service for you if you are happy to cover the cost of this. Please read about our
Express Delivery Service for full information about how quickly we can get your order to you.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the UK, Europe and most other countries in the world. At the present time we are unable to export goods to the USA, Canada or North Africa for business insurance reasons. 

Can I vary the design of an item I've seen?
Yes you can! This is the very essence of our business. We love the fact that customers can choose exactly how they want their jewellery to look. So, if you've seen something you like but want it with a different charm, in different colours, or with certain beads added in (or taken away!) please don't hesitate to let us know. Nearly all the jewellery that we sell is individually handcrafted to order.

How do I let you know how I'd like my jewellery made?
Please add order details to the 'Comments' boxes on each page as you go along. There is lots of room there for you to type all your requirements such as the
sizes, colours, charms required, date your order is required by, any variations to the design etc. Please don't worry if you miss something as we will contact you after your order has been placed to confirm everything and ask you about anything else we need to know.

How do I know my jewellery gift will fit?
Buying children's jewellery - On each product page there is a box where you can let us know either the child's exact age or a specific wrist measurement.
We work to universal jeweller's measurments and find that over 99% of the jewellery orders we make are an excellent fit. For this reason we always offer one free remake if necessary.

Buying jewellery for an adult - Many of our bracelets are now size adjustable so one size fits most. Look for those which have an extender chain attached if you like this idea. We also sell a range of extender chains on our website. For those items which aren't size adjustable we offer standard sizes of small - 18cms, medium - 20cms or large - 22cms and we are happy to make to measure if preferred.

How long does children's jewellery fit for?
Without an extension chain a necklace or bracelet should still fit for at least a year or two. The best way to allow for "growing room" is to purchase an extension chain. Many of our products now include a free extension chain as standard. i.e. a bracelet sized for age 8 with an extension chain fitted will usually fit well into adulthood. For items which don't come with a free extender chain, a range of different ones are available for purchase on our website.

Shall I order a bigger size to be on the safe side?
This is not usually a good idea. A bracelet which is too large will either fall down over the hand and be very annoying to the wearer or will fall off completely. If you need any help at all with deciding on which size to order please don't hesitate to contact us. We are very happy to help. Please see more information in our

What if the bracelet I've ordered looks much too small?
This is a very common concern. Many people can't believe how small a child's wrist can actually be. We work to universal jeweller's measurements which are accurate 99% of the time. If you think the bracelet you've purchased looks too small please try the bracelet on or obtain a wrist measurement in the first instance. Most people find this puts their mind at rest. A bracelet which is too big will fall off over the hand and won't be able to be worn at all. However, on the rare occasion that a bracelet isn't a good fit we are happy to offer one free remake for you. More information can be found in our

Why have I not received an order confirmation email?
Many email providers now filter emails into you Spam or Junk folder automatically if the sender is not recognised.
We send order confirmations out to every customer, by email within 24 hours of order. If you haven't received yours, please check your spam or junk folders in the first instance.
Adding our email address to your email contacts should prevent future updates from going astray.
